CHUNKY TERMS OF SERVICE

OVERVIEW

Welcome to the Chunky online store. Throughout these Terms, the terms “we”, “us”, “chunkywear”, and “Chunky” refer to Cartify Oy.

Chunky operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). The store is powered by Shopify.

These Terms, together with the policies referenced herein (the “Terms”), define your rights and obligations when using the Services.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products. Chunky reserves the right to accept or reject any order for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation. Payment is processed prior to acceptance. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as cancellations may not be possible after acceptance.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been received by the customer or a designated recipient, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

For shipments outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import-related charges.

Chunky uses Shopify’s technology to operate the online store. Any purchase contract is formed solely between the customer and Chunky. Shopify is not a party to the sales contract and is not responsible for the products or services sold.
