Chunkywear ships products to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, the United States, and Canada. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, selected shipping method, and the product.

All orders are processed on business days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the time the order is received. Processing time refers to the period between order confirmation and when the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows.

European Union: 8–15 business days.

United Kingdom: 8–18 business days.

Australia: 10–30 business days.

New Zealand: 10–30 business days.

United States: 10–30 business days.

Canada: 10–30 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment. Shipping costs are determined based on the destination country and the contents of the order. Any free shipping thresholds are communicated separately on the website or during promotional campaigns.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped within the European Union include value-added tax (VAT) in accordance with applicable legislation.

Orders shipped outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, Australia, the United States, and Canada, may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or additional fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Chunkywear is not responsible for customs fees or delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking information where available. Tracking details are typically updated within a few business days.

Delivery Issues

If an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, if a package is lost, or if an item arrives damaged, please contact our customer support immediately at support@chunkywear.com. We will investigate the matter promptly with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Chunkywear is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
