Returns (30 days)
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. The 30-day return policy is a voluntary promotional benefit provided by Chunkywear and does not limit or replace any statutory consumer rights, including the European Union’s 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
be unused and in its original condition
not have been worn
have all original tags attached
be returned in its original packaging
include a receipt or other proof of purchase

In your message, please include:
your order number
the reason for the return
photos of the item, if requested
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws, such as the European Union’s 14-day right of withdrawal. In such cases, we will refund the product price and the cost of standard outbound shipping in accordance with EU law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@chunkywear.com so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
personalized or made-to-order items
hygiene-related products
gift cards
hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and discounted products are non-returnable unless the item is defective.
If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, customers within the EU have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
To qualify, the item must:
be unused
be in its original condition and packaging
have all original tags attached
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are processed:
to the original payment method
within 10 business days
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
